RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

• All competitors enter at their own risk. Beckside Livery Stables and organisers cannot be held responsible for any injury, death, accident, theft or loss of property incurred by any competitor or spectator while these events are taking place.
• British Dressage rules apply
• All entries must be in by the closing date.
• Hard hats to current BHS standards must be worn at all times when mounted.
• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
• No skipping out of lorries and trailers onto the box field, fine of £30.
• No refund of entry fees after the closing date.
• All horses and riders must have 3rd party insurance & must sign to say they abide by the rules and conditions when entering.
• It is the responsibility of the rider to asses whether they and their horse are of a suitable standard to compete in a particular class, the organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry.
